SPECT/CT images acquired 2h post-injection of 99mTc-HYNIC-Spermine (0.3mCi) in a melanoma tumor-bearing mouse (scan time: ~20min). The probe was accumulated in the tumor and unspecific fixations were visible in the liver and the kidneys.

A CT image of a mouse injected with Fenestra VC contrast agent (15ml/kg, i.v.) is presented. The whole body CT image was acquired 10 minutes post-injection in 9 minutes with 55 kvP tube voltage and 1000ms exposure time.

• In this study, a new bifunctional agent was used for DOTA?conjugation of trastuzumab. The functionality of the 111In-DOTA-trastuzumab conjugate was assessed in in vitro assays prior to in vivo evaluation (affinity ~ 5x10-9 mol.L-1, immunoreactivity > 60%).
• 17 days after the subcutaneous implantation of Her-2 expressing BT-474 tumors, mice were injected IV with 25 µg (13-15 MBq) 111In-DOTA-trastuzumab. SPECT images acquired 72 hours after the IV injection showed a strong uptake of the radiolabelled conjugate in the tumor, which was confirmed by ex-vivo biodistribution (tumor uptake > 60 %ID/g).
